No. Your FileMaker system is the same software you use today. We migrate it onto our hosting, take over your licensing, and pick up your support tickets - the day-to-day experience for your users is unchanged.
We start with a short scoping call, take a copy of your file, stand it up on our hosting and point your users at the new address. There's no big-bang cut-over - we only switch you across once everything checks out.
Your data stays yours. It's migrated onto UK-based, managed FileMaker hosting with daily encrypted backups and uptime monitoring. Nothing is shared with third parties, and you can request a full copy of your file at any time.
If you ever choose to move on, just provide the required notice and we'll hand over a clean copy of your FileMaker file and your licensing so you can take it elsewhere. We'd rather earn the renewal than tie you in long term.
