Neptune Digital provides ongoing FileMaker support and maintenance for businesses across the UK. As an official Claris Partner with a 30+ person in-house team, we give you access to experienced Claris FileMaker developers on a fixed monthly plan - with a service-level agreement, 48-hour action times, carry-over hours and a dedicated Teams channel. Plans start from £460/month, with no lock-in.
We support FileMaker systems we have built ourselves and, just as often, systems originally built by another developer or an internal team. When taking over an unfamiliar system we usually start with a FileMaker health check so both sides understand the shape and risk of the codebase before work begins.
