Integration and AI automation for the systems your business runs on

Give your team back the hours lost to retyping and chasing. We connect the tools you already use and automate the steps people repeat, then build AI in where it earns its place: turning your own data into reports and clear next steps.

Where the time goes now, and where it could go

Most of the hours we win back come from jobs nobody would call difficult. They're just repeated, every single day.

  • Today: The same customer details live in the CRM, the finance system and a spreadsheet.

Joined up and automated: They're entered once and kept in step everywhere.

  • Today: Someone spends part of every week chasing approvals by email.

Joined up and automated: The system asks the right person and moves the work on when they reply.

  • Today: Orders arrive as emails and PDFs, and someone types each one in.

Joined up and automated: AI reads them and drafts the order for someone to check and approve.

  • Today: The weekly figures get pulled together by hand.

Joined up and automated: The report builds itself from live data, with a short written summary on top.

  • Today: You hear about a problem when the customer rings.

Joined up and automated: An alert lands in Teams the moment it happens.

Connect your tools first, so finance, email and the CRM work from the same facts

Integration comes first, because it is where most of the wasted time hides. Your system passes information to and from the tools around it through their APIs.

  1. Your systemEntered once, right everywhere
  2. Microsoft 365Work sign-in and your directory
  3. TeamsAlerts where your team already talks
  4. Finance softwareInvoices without re-keying
  5. EmailSent from the system, replies read back
  6. CRMCustomers and deals kept in step
  7. ReportingDashboards on live data
  8. ClaudeReading, drafting and summarising

Then the steps people repeat run themselves

A typical process, mapped with the people who run it before anything is built: an order that arrives by email and ends with everyone told.

AI that reads your data and tells you what it means

We build Claude into our clients' own systems, where it works on their data under their access rules. It reads what the business records and writes up what needs attention, so the report is ready and the next step is clear.

How we keep automation and AI safe

Automation and AI are only worth having if you can trust what they do. We build to these rules on every project.

  • A person approves anything that matters before it happens
  • AI works inside your system, on your data, under the same access rules as everyone else
  • If a simple rule does the job, we use the rule rather than AI

How an automation project runs, one process at a time

We start small, measure what it gives back, then choose the next one together.

  • 01

    Map the process

We sit down with the people who run it and map it step by step, as it works today.

    Where it starts
  • 02

    Connect and automate it

We join up the tools it touches and take out the steps people repeat.

  • 03

    Measure the time saved

We look at the hours it gives back before anyone decides what comes next.

Questions about AI and automation

  • No. We build business systems, and the marketing and reporting around them, and we use AI where it saves real time inside them. Often the biggest win is joining systems up and automating the repeated steps. AI is one tool among several, used where it earns its place.

  • It can draft them, and it can read what arrives (emails, PDFs, forms) and turn it into a record. For reports, Claude reads the figures your system already holds and writes the summary: what changed, what needs attention and why. The numbers come from your data, and a person reads it before it goes anywhere.

  • AI works inside your system, under the same access rules as your staff, and anything that matters is approved by a person first. We mostly use Claude, and we tell you which model does what and why. We walk your IT team through it before anything goes live.

  • Usually, yes, through their APIs: Microsoft 365, finance software, CRMs and more. Where a tool has no way in, we will say so before you spend anything.

  • Under support, we watch the connections between your tools, so a broken link gets spotted and fixed.

    Support and hosting
  • Yes, through email marketing and automation, part of our Marketing service. The automation on this page is for the work inside your business: orders, approvals, invoices and alerts.

    Email marketing and automation
  • No. Integration moves information between your tools so the work gets done. Bringing data from several systems into one place to report on is data architecture.

    Data architecture
  • Not always. Automations and integrations can join up what you already have. Where the system underneath is the problem, we will tell you.
